Finely woven after the classical Persian carpets of the 17th century, with a "Polonaise" design. The red background surrounds a double medallion centerpiece with palmettes and interlaced arabesque connected with flowering vine. Enclosed by guard borders and a primary variating, grey border of reciprocal blossoms and vine, all in variating colors of red, grey, camel, gold, green, tobacco, olive, ivory and beige.
